He is a French pastry chef that worked for Fuchon a well renowned french pastry boutique ...Then he moved to america where people are more fun and willing to try new things. In other words his french pastry blah blah blah wont do well ....then he innovated , created , and invented based on his expertise and his market .
He is very smart he observers the market then he adds his touch of creativity and perfection of making his products. The technique that he uses to follow up with his invention , creation and invention is perfection.
we can talk about this guy all day all night ....he is brilliant ! He is inspirational he makes is think in a different way. He makes us understand and satisfy the market but the end of the day make sure we are satisfied with our product with innovation , creation and invention .
